Agenda
Screen with the complete timer list and estimated times.
Overview
The Agenda displays all room timers in list format, showing name, speaker, duration, and estimated start and end times. The current timer is visually highlighted.
It's a view-only screen - it doesn't offer playback controls.
When to Use
The Agenda is ideal for:
- Reference monitors for production team
- Backstage information screen
- Event progress tracking
- Coordination between teams (audio, video, lighting)
- Display for waiting speakers
Dica
Put a monitor with the Agenda backstage so everyone knows what's happening and what's coming next.
Screen Elements
Header
Logo, room name, and current timer highlighted with remaining time.
Timer List
All timers in execution order. Current timer is highlighted with green border. Completed timers are visually marked.
Progress Bar
Each timer shows a progress bar indicating how much time has passed.
Displayed Information
Each item in the list shows:

| Speaker | Speaker name (if configured) |
| Duration | Timer total time |
| Estimated Start | Predicted start time |
| Estimated End | Predicted end time |
| Status | Pending, In progress, or Completed |
Estimated times are calculated automatically based on current time and each timer's duration. They adjust as the event progresses.
Sharing
To share the Agenda:
- Access your room's Controller
- Go to the "Links" tab
- Copy the "Agenda" link
- Open on any device
