Controller
The main control screen where you manage all aspects of your room.
Overview
The Controller is PalcoTimer's main interface. It's the only screen that requires authentication and offers full control over your room, including:
- Creating and editing timers
- Managing messages
- Playback controls (play, pause, stop)
- Room settings
- Access to other screen links
Access
To access the Controller:
- Log in to your account
- Go to the Dashboard
- Click on the desired room
- You'll be automatically directed to the Controller
The Controller URL is /dashboard/rooms/[roomId]. This URL cannot be shared as it requires authentication.
Main Tabs
Timers
List of all room timers. Add, edit, reorder, and delete timers. Drag to reorganize execution order.
Messages
Create pre-defined messages to send to speakers during the event. Click "Show" to display in the Viewer.
Links
All room output links (Viewer, Operator, Agenda, Moderator, Embed). Copy and share with your team.
Settings
Customize colors, fonts, timer behavior, and other room options.
Playback Controls
Playback controls are at the top of the Controller:

| Play | Starts or continues the current timer |
| Pause | Pauses timer without resetting |
| Stop | Stops and resets timer to the beginning |
| Previous | Goes to the previous timer in the list |
| Next | Advances to the next timer in the list |
| +1min / -1min | Adds or removes time from current timer |
Keyboard Shortcuts
Use keyboard shortcuts for quick control:

Dica
Shortcuts work when focus is on the Controller page. Click anywhere outside text fields to activate them.
