Event public page
A single address for your audience to follow every room of your event.
Overview
The event groups rooms of the same organization and gets a public page where anyone sees, for each room, the session in progress and the next ones. No login or app needed.

- In the user menu, open Events and choose the organization.
- Create the event with a name, dates and time zone. The public address is generated from the name if you do not provide one.
- Link rooms or create new rooms inside the event. Give each one a label and an order.

What the audience sees
- The event's name, period, description and branding.
- For events longer than one day, one tab per day, in the event's time zone.
- One card per room, with the session in progress, the next sessions and the link to the room's public agenda.
- Rooms marked as hidden in the event do not appear.
- With no publicly visible room, the page shows the event's name and period and a notice that the schedule has not been published yet.
Limits
- The page refreshes itself every 5 seconds.
- Each room shows at most the next 3 sessions. Because of that, the tab for a distant day may show fewer sessions than the room has on that day.
- The page is read-only: the audience does not vote, ask questions or control any room.
Privacy
The public page shows only what is described above. It does not expose internal room identifiers, team names or emails, settings or billing data.
