Moderator
Screen focused on message management and moderation.
Overview
The Moderator is a specialized screen for those who need to manage messages during the event. It allows sending notices to speakers quickly, without needing the full Controller.
Unlike the Controller, the Moderator can be shared with moderators without giving access to timer editing.
When to Use
Use the Moderator when:
- A moderator needs to send messages but not control timers
- You want to separate operation and moderation functions
- Need a quick interface for messages
- There's a person dedicated to speaker communication
Dica
At large events, have one person on the Operator (time control) and another on the Moderator (communication). This divides responsibilities and improves operation.
Interface
Current Timer
Shows the running timer at the top of the screen for reference.
Tabs
Navigation between Messages (pre-defined) and Q&A (audience questions - if enabled).
Message List
All pre-defined room messages with Show/Hide buttons.
Quick Message
Field to type and send an instant message without creating one first.
Available Functions

| Show Message | Displays a pre-defined message in the Viewer |
| Hide Message | Removes the current message from the Viewer |
| Quick Message | Sends a temporary message without saving |
| View Timer | Follows the current timer for context |
The Moderator doesn't allow creating or editing messages - only showing/hiding existing ones. To create messages, use the Controller.
Sharing
To share the Moderator:
- Access your room's Controller
- Go to the "Links" tab
- Copy the "Moderator" link
- Send to the person responsible for moderation
